In celebration of Mother’s Day, Tiazza will be hosting a Moroccan dinner to share the best recipes she learned from her mom in Morocco. These recipes have been handed down through her family for generations. This is a continuation of oral traditions and culture from the Berber village where Tiazza spent her childhood before she moved to Casablanca. These are also the recipes Tiazza cooks in the US when she is homesick. She will be sharing these recipes in a full course meal.

Fran will share why a plant-based lifestyle is better for our tummies and planet. The Green, Plant-Based menu will feature a Green Goodness Smoothie, Green Creamy Asparagus Soup, Green Rainbow Chard Tempeh Probiotic Wrap, and a Green Matcha Mint Chia Seed Pudding. The entire menu is vegan, gluten-free, and delicious!

Chutneys also make great bread spreads and can transform an ordinary lunch sandwich into something lip-smackingly special. Learn to create tantalizing flavors using natural ingredients such as turmeric root, fresh cilantro, green mango, chillies, molasses, ginger, lemon peel, peanuts, split mustard, tamarind - to name a few.
