Together we'll mix, shape, and bake your own artisan boule while learning the living science behind sourdough. As your loaf proofs and bakes, I will give all my secrets away on: how to feed and maintain an active starter, recognize when it's ready to bake, troubleshoot common challenges, and develop the confidence to bake consistently in your own kitchen.

To ensure your sourdough journey continues long after class, every participant will receive a complete Victory Sourdough Starter Kit, including:

• An active sourdough starter

• 24 oz Victory Starter Feed

• 64 oz Victory Sourdough Flour Mix (enough to bake three artisan boules)
