Learn how to buy, store, and prepare an array of mushrooms with cooking techniques that will unleash the magical fifth taste and flavor bomb called UMAMI. 

We will taste every fresh mushroom available on the Co-op shelves. Come hungry! Demonstrations will include delicate and creamy French Eggs and Mushrooms, Italian Mushroom Risotto, Japanese Kabocha Squash Mushroom Curry and Chinese Szechuan Shiitake Stir-fry along with lots of tips for success in adding rich, earthy, delicious, healthy mushrooms to any meal.
