* 6. The ByLaws of the Ashland Food Cooperative (Section 4.6) provide that any person with an overriding conflict of interest may not serve on its Board of Directors. An overriding conflict of interest is one that is ongoing and is in conflict with the business of the Co-op or its mission and principles.
