We are offering technique-driven classes in which classically-trained chef Michelle Guerrie will teach you how to get away from a dependence on recipes and have you creating your own fabulous, nutritious dishes. These essential techniques will give you the confidence to make 2018 your tastiest year yet.

Squash, root veggies and standards such as broccoli, cauliflower, onions and potatoes explode with flavor and make for a deeply satisfying meal component  when roasted. In this cooking skills class, we will chop an array of vegetables to roast for the most perfect winter dining. This easy and fast method plays on the “cook once, eat twice" habit. You will have a choice to participate or observe in this one-hour class.
