Ingredients
1 navel orange peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 grapefruit peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 blood oranges peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 avocado cut into slices and then 1 inch pieces
¼ cup red onion, diced fine
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 grapefruit peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces

1 avocado cut into slices and then 1 inch pieces
¼ cup red onion, diced fine
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Combine all the citrus in a serving bowl. Add the avocado and onion.

Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour over the citrus.
