Ingredients
¾ cup sunflower seeds
¾ cup walnuts
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 ½ cups quinoa cooked
1 small carrot grated finely
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Grind nuts and seeds to a fine meal in a small grinder. Pour into a bowl and add the spices and garlic. Mix.

Add the quinoa and carrot.

Add the tomato sauce a little bit at a time to make a stiff but workable texture. Shape into patties and sauté in the olive oil.

Serve with all your favorite burger trimmings or serve as patties with a green salad.
