Grilled Chicken Tandoori

Your family might think this is take-out. It's that good! And so simple too.

2 pounds chicken thighs and drumsticks
½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 lime sliced into wedges

Place all the chicken in a large bowl.

Combine the yogurt, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, curry powder, chipotle powder and salt.

Toss with the chicken.  Let sit while you prepare the grill.

Grill the chicken covered until it has good grill marks, about 5 minutes.  Turn and continue cooking until the chicken is browned all over.  
This should take about 15-20 minutes.

Serve on a bed of brown basmati rice.  Sprinkle with the cilantro and the lime wedges for squeezing.
