Ingredients
4 hard-boiled cooked eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1-2 tablespoons bread and butter pickles minced
¼ teaspoon sea salt
A little pickle juice
Paprika

Cool and peel the eggs. Cut them in half the long way.

Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.

Use a fork to mash them up with the mayonnaise mustard pickles and salt. If the mixture seems dry add a little pickle juice.

Spoon the filling back into the whites.

Dust the tops with paprika.
