Ingredients
3 cups shredded chicken
½ cups hot sauce* (equivalent to Frank's Red)
½ cup Toby’s blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
4 oz. Rogue Creamery Smoky Blue Cheese (crumbled)
3 tbs chives
½ cups hot sauce* (equivalent to Frank's Red)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Stir all ingredients together and half of the blue cheese.

Bake for 20–25 min. When warmed up top with remaining blue cheese and chopped chives.
Optional: add on top of some tortilla chips to make buffalo chicken nachos.
