1 Clove garlic minced
3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
2 Tablespoons tamari
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
3 Scallions finely shredded
½ Cup fresh cilantro chopped
2 to 3 Radishes cut into matchsticks
2 Cups savoy cabbage shredded
2 ½ Cups brown basmati rice precooked
1 Cup garbanzo beans precooked
½ Cup roasted cashews
3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
2 Tablespoons tamari
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
3 Scallions finely shredded
½ Cup fresh cilantro chopped
2 to 3 Radishes cut into matchsticks
2 Cups savoy cabbage shredded
2 ½ Cups brown basmati rice precooked
1 Cup garbanzo beans precooked
½ Cup roasted cashews

In a large bowl combine the garlic lime juice vinegar honey tamari and toasted sesame oil. Mix to combine.

Add the scallions herbs radishes cabbage beans and rice. Toss all together.

Garnish with the roasted nuts.
