Ingredients
4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
3 cups unrefined organic cane sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon cloves
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons water
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
3 cups unrefined organic cane sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon cloves
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons water
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups unsweetened applesauce

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Combine the eggs, vanilla, water, and olive oil. Mix well.

Pour wet ingredients into the dry and blend for 30 seconds on low speed. Beat for 5 minutes more on low speed.

Add the applesauce and blend again for 30 seconds on low speed. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

Pour into a 15x12 inch oiled baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
