Ingredients
Zest from 1 lemon
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups cooked flageolet beans
3 cups cooked fusilli pasta
½ cup kalamata olives chopped
3 green onions including green tops cut into ⅛ inch rounds
¼ cup basil chopped fine
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups cooked flageolet beans
3 cups cooked fusilli pasta
½ cup kalamata olives chopped
3 green onions including green tops cut into ⅛ inch rounds

Remove zest from lemon and place in a salad serving bowl.

Combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk to combine.

Add the cooked beans and pasta to the salad bowl.

Add the olives, green onions and basil. Toss slightly.

Pour the dressing over the beans and pasta. Toss well.
