Ingredients
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 lb carrots, grated
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup Italian parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 lb carrots, grated
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup Italian parsley, chopped

Combine the first seven ingredients, mix well.

Grate the carrots.

Dry toast the sunflower seeds in a skillet on the stovetop.
