This very memerable salsa is a great way to celebrate mango season.
1 medium-size mango, diced small
8 Roma tomatoes, diced small
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped fine
¾ cup red onion, diced small
1 ¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 medium-size jalapeno, diced fine
- Combine all together.
- Serve with white fish or pork.
