Ingredients
1 cup almond or peanut butter
½ cup hemp seeds
1½ cups shredded coconut (set aside one cup)
1 cup dates diced
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chips, you decide how many
Protein Powder (optional)

Mush everything together in a bowl.

Form into one inch balls and roll in shredded coconut and protein powder.
