Bean and Green Salad with Pasta

Ingredients
10 ounces pasta like spirals or ribbons cooked
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
zest of one lemon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 clove garlic minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup basil or parsley chopped fine
1 bunch spinach washed and torn
¼ cup red onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
3 cups canned black beans
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled (optional)

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside

Combine the oil, vinegar, lemon zest and juice, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, and whisk to combine. Add the basil.

Combine the pasta, spinach, pepper, onion, beans and cheese. Toss gently.

Add the vinaigrette and toss again.
