Ingredients
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup water
1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon red chile powder, depending on your heat tolerance
1-2 cloves garlic, toasted, peeled, and minced
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds, dry toasted and ground
Pinch black pepper
Pinch cane sugar
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon oregano, dry
½ cup water
1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon red chile powder, depending on your heat tolerance
1-2 cloves garlic, toasted, peeled, and minced
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds, dry toasted and ground
Pinch black pepper
Pinch cane sugar
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon oregano, dry

Put water and tomato sauce in a small saucepan.

Add all remaining ingredients except oregano.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the oregano toward the end of the cooking time.

Remove from the heat and cool.

Store only in a glass or ceramic container, covered tightly, in the fridge.
