Ingredients
8 ounces spinach washed and chopped fine
2 slices bread crumbled
1 small onion minced
2 eggs mixed
⅓ cup parmesan cheese grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 325͒ F

Mix all the ingredients with your fingers much like a meatloaf.

Shape into balls about 1 inch or any size of your choice. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-15 minutes depending on the size.
