Board Meeting Schedule
Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6pm, except July and December. Owners can attend in person at 300 Pioneer Street or join virtually.
The meeting agenda is posted the Friday before each meeting on the Board Bulletin Board to the right of the Information Desk, next to the Suggestion Board. Owners on the Co-op's mailing list will also receive the agenda and virtual meeting link by email.
When attending online, you will be asked to share your name and owner number when you enter the meeting. Owners interested in speaking at a Board meeting can review a PDF of the Owners Forum Guidelines here.
Board of Directors Meeting | August 2026
All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend the Co-op Board meetings. The Board meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month, except for July and December. Owners have the option to attend in person or virtually. The Board meeting agenda is posted the Friday before each meeting on the Board Bulletin Board to the right of the Information Desk, next to the Suggestion Board. Owners on the Co-op's email list will also be emailed a link to the meeting agenda and a link to attend the meeting online.
