Donations and Sponsorships

The Ashland Food Co-op believes in helping those who do great things, and people like you make it happen. By shopping at the Co-op, your food dollars support a vibrant local community. We're delighted to pay it forward by helping those who are committed to making the world a better place.

With that in mind, we give one $50 gift card per year to eligible organizations in support of the valuable work they do through our donations program, and we also appreciate supporting our local theater, arts, sports, and wellness events through sponsorships when we are able to. If you are seeking support via donation or sponsorship, please see below for more information about these opportunities.

If you and your local non profit organization are seeking community grants or are interested in our Change for Good program, click here and make sure to sign up for email notifications for when their applications open. These funding opportunities are organized by our AFC Gives committee that looks forward to opportunities to support good work in our community.

Donations & Sponsorships Request Form

A minimum of 30 days lead time is appreciated for all requests. We thank you for your understanding.
To request a donation from the Co-op or to request our presence at an upcoming event, you must comply with the following:

We require a minimum of 30 days lead time to process all requests. We may not respond to requests that are received after the minimum lead time.

Please describe your organization and the event for which the donation is being requested.

Please explain why you are asking the Co-op to participate and/or donate. Also include how the Co-op will be represented (logo on program, website, mentioned by speaker, etc)

If you are requesting a sponsorship and this is your first time doing so from the Ashland Food Co-op, we require that you submit a New Vendor Form. Click the link to download and submit below.
