Fall is a major transition in our bodies just like what we observed in Nature. It is a good time to begin the process of reducing the accumulation of summer’s activities for the wintering process ahead. Explorations into movements and practices developed from the Tantric traditions of Ayurveda and Hatha Yoga that promote balance and internalizing resources for the season ahead to support the bones, nervous system, circulation, and the immune system.
