Farm Tour: The Farming Fish & Rogue Creamery Dairy Farm

Experience your food in a new way: straight from the source. Here’s your chance to knock elbows with some of the local dedicated farmers that bring food to your table everyday. Explore behind the scenes and shake the hands that grow your food. Take a ride on an air-conditioned bus and enjoy a picnic lunch provided by Chef Kristen Lyon. If you have dietary needs beyond vegetarian or wheat free, please kindly bring your own picnic lunch.

2017 Board of Directors Elections

The Board of Directors elections will begin on May 23 and will end on June 14.

This year there are three positions and five candidates. Co-op members who have shared their email addresses with the Co-op will receive a link for online voting on May 23. Co-op members who prefer to use paper ballots may obtain a paper ballot and candidate information at the Information desk.

The deadline for all voting is June 14 at 9 p.m.

Be the Sustainable Change Open House

For the first time ever, get a behind the scenes look at what the Co-op is doing to reach our zero waste and carbon neutral goals by 2030. 

Join us for guided store sustainability tours, beer and wine tasting from Upper Five Vineyard and Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., and light snacks from TonTon’s Artisan Affections and Pop Cakes. Plus, we’ll unveil a new customer focused sustainability program. (Hint: it may or may not, but definitely does, have something to do with pedal powered transportation.)

Valentine Cookie Decorating Party- featuring JenUwin Playtime

Join us in the Co-op Classroom for a Valentine Cookie Decorating Party. We’ll supply fresh baked gluten free and traditional sugar cookies, a delicious frosting and organic decorations. We will be joined by Ashland’s Professional Musical Unicorn, JenUwin! Stop by to create your edible masterpiece and be delighted with unicorn stories, songs and games. This event is free and open to the public. We encourage guests to bring nonperishable food items to donate to the Ashland Emergency Food Bank’s Winter Food Drive.

Gingerbread Decorating Party!

Happy Holidays from our Co-op family to yours! Join us in the Co-op Classroom for a Gingerbread Decorating Party. We’ll supply fresh baked gingerbread cookies and decorations (gluten free options available). Just show up and create your edible masterpiece. This event is free and open to the public. The Co-op Classroom is located at 300 N. Pioneer St, in Ashland.

Crocktober

Join with fellow cooperators as we celebrate Coop Month at THE social event for the year, Co-op Crocktober -- a potluck for anyone interested in meeting Rogue Valley cooperators, sharing a meal, and attending an exclusive screening of the new documentary Food for Change.
