The touch of spice is so nice!
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Low Fat, Low Sodium, Sugar Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Wheat Free
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup apricot juice
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c ripe, pitted apricots (frozen)
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Serves: 1
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Place juice and 1 cup frozen apricots and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra 1/2 cup apricots for a thicker consistency.

    With a dehydrator you can create everything from snacks to dessert, including bread, pizza crust, granola and crispy crackers.
