Ingredients
⅓ cup walnuts
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine or rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 cups quinoa, cooked
4 green onions, sliced thin
1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
⅓ cup fresh dill, chopped fine
½ cup blue cheese crumbled

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place the walnuts on a dry cookie sheet.  Roast for 5-7 minutes.  Chop coarsely and set aside.

Combine the oil, vinegar, sea salt, and garlic in a large serving bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.

Add the walnuts and toss again.
