The 2009 Eat Local Challenge features
3 distinct levels of participation:
This is for the Die-Hard Locavores. All Foods in All Meals during the Entire Week must be grown, raised, or produced within 200 miles.
This is the "Middle Way." All Foods in One Meal Per Day during the Week must be grown, raised, or produced within 200 miles.
This is the easiest level. All Foods in Two Meals during the Week must be grown, raised, or produced within 200 miles.
