With a dehydrator you can create everything from snacks to dessert, including bread, pizza crust, granola and crispy crackers. Heating foods at low temoperatures can yield results that are crispy, seem baked, store well and are easy to pack and carry when you travel. Generous sampling will make a fine dinner!

Event Details:
Siskiyou Challenge is a multi-sport relay race to be held on September 25th in Ashland, OR.
Ashland Food Co-op is a proud sponsor of this event. It benefits Rogue Valley Farm to School.
The scenic, challenging course includes 5 legs: 11K run, 3K kayak, 25-mile road bike, 9-mile mountain bike and 5K run. Solo or teams up to 5 people.
Event also includes an "Around the Block Speed Walk" fun run/walk.
There will be a post-race meal, awards,and random prize drawing.
The Pre-Race BBQ will be held on 9/24. Location TBD.
